Kind of an odd question, but here it goes!

I'm planning on making reservations for a Sunday brunch (late breakfast) at CP. The only hitch is that I need to schedule Sunday mass in so there will be enough time to go to 8am mass at Mary Queen of the Universe, then get back to MK (we're staying onsite at Contemporary) with our rental car.

Any advice on a good time to schedule brunch so that mass can be accommodated and we won't feel like we're rushing around?

Thanks!

hi,

we go to mary queen of the universe when we are on vacation at wdw. here is their mass schedule:

Saturday night: 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 6:00 p.m.

we have been many times and usually the mass takes about 1 hour and 1/2. it usually takes about 20 to 25 minutes to get back to wdw because of traffic.

we have done the 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and also the saturday night at 6:00 p.m. i don't think you would have a problem if you went to the 7:30 a.m. mass and then went to a brunch after 10:00 a.m.

also, most masses don't start at exactly on time. the priest usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes to greet everyone because so many people are late for mass. therefore, many people get used to not getting there on time. the time we went last May, we wound up getting there at 6:05 p.m. saturday night because of the traffic was heavy and the mass had already started. the church had a visiting priest and he started right at 6:00. that night the mass was actually less than an hour.

hope this helps. :D
