Cozumel - Rental car?

We are hoping to rent cars in Cozumel to be able to accomplish all that we want to that day,I pulled a list of car rental companies in Cozumel from Dave's DCL tribute site, but I still have no idea where any of these companies are located,can anyone tell me if there is a rental company very near the pier where the Magic docks(Punta Langosta Pier)

We rented a jeep from Hertz. When leaving the pier walk to the right. It is very close to the pier. There is another rental car company in the shopping complex across the street from the pier but I don't remember the name of the company.
