Hi. I am trying to nail down my excursions for our October trip. Last time in Cozumel we went to Mr Sanchos, and really enjoyed it. We added on the horseback riding and the atv. No complaints. That being said, we were also the only people there. We really lucked out and had the place to ourselves.
This time, was wondering if we should just stick to Mr Sanchos, or try Nachi Cocom. I have read a lot of really nice posts about this place.
Any and all opinions and suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks !!

Had an awesome trip to Mr. Sancho's in Jun 2012, but we were far from the only people there. However it didn't seem overly crowded either. Also did the ATV then. Mr. Sancho's sometimes gets a rap as a raucous party zone for Spring Breakers, but that was not my experience.

Giving Nachi a try in Sep 2016. From looking at a map, they literally appear to be next door to each other. I've also read a ton of positive reviews about Nachi Cocom, so I'm excited to try it...just hoping that it's not *too* quiet there. It'd be nice if there was some ambient music or something instead of silence. No activities planned this time...just relaxing by the beach/pool.

I've been to Nachi several times and you can't go wrong...except...kids may not love it. The last time I went they did have new bar stations on the beach and music playing. Previous visits I don't even remember if there was music. It's always been a very low key, quiet day on the beach. They don't have tons of stuff to entertain children. They only let 100 people on the beach each day so it's never crowded but I don't recall ever seeing many kids. Last time we went there were a bunch of teens but that was because they were all with our FB/CC group. It was just after graduation last year and it seemed like every family with teens headed to Nachi.

It is a beautiful and relaxing place but beware your kids may not love it if they are used to action/noise.

We went to Nachi this last February and had a blast -- even the kids (ages 6, 7, 10 and 13).

We've been to Nachi twice, both times with kids (ranging in age from 8-12 years old). My kids love that they don't have to share the pool with tons of other kids (like they do on the cruise) and enjoy the beach there as well. It is always so quiet and peaceful there. It's a really nice day away from the cruise crowds.
