FOFINA - The post office sent your envelope back to me. Said it was over 13 ounces and I had to give it to the post office by hand. Took it back to the post office today at lunch and that envelope was only 8.9 ounces and I had enough postage on it. They apologized for sending it back to me. Sorry, it's going to be late.
