Hereyago, we had a major coupon snafu at our house this week...

DD17 dropped your envie at the PO this week. She didn't realize that she needed to buy postage and dropped the envie sans stamps into the collection box. We realized the error this morning when I asked her how much I owed her for mailing the coupons for me.

I have no idea if the envie will be returned to me or if it will go to you with postage due. If it shows up at your house, let me know how much I owe you and I will send it in the next mailing. If it comes back to me, I will get it back on its way ASAP.

I am sooooo sorry. I know I told DD to go in and pay for postage. She swears up and down that I didn't say anything to her about it. UGH!

DJ and Cuddleworthy - I mailed my envie yesterday. I know I am late but I was going to mail after work on Tuesday but I fell and broke my butt. No really, I was walking into the nurses locker room Tuesday after work and someone WAXED the floor without a sign. I broke my tailbone. Only me, so embarassing

I received your envie today along with a couple of rubberbands. It got destroyed again and it's not that thick, so a bunch may have gotten lost. Not sure what is going on or where the problem is (happened last week also) but maybe, if you wouldn't mind, try putting the coupons in a piece of paper before putting them in the envie. Maybe the extra layer will help keep them together.

Yes, good idea or use the 5 X 7 (or maybe it's 6 X 8???) manila envelopes that can be purchased almost anywhere including the Dollar Store. They're sturdy but don't add a lot of extra weight. Spreading the coupons out helps, too. If they're all placed in the middle of the envie, they make a big lump and can get caught in the post office machines.
