ShiPoo Thanks for your well wishes and pixie dust. We really need a smiley that smiles while vibrating back and forth and the explodes into confetti. That's about where we are right now. Forget about too excited to sleep, I am too excited to do anything but GO!

I have a sad and kind of great addition to our trip. My best friend has never been to Disney and has wanted to go for sometime now. (After she had gotten past the harassing me all the time about why Disney? I think she is ready to sip the Kool Aid.)

Well Monday her DH found out that his biological father (he was raised by his SF) was very ill and they were calling in the family to be with him during his last days. Well, they are in Tampa. They will be there until mid-week next week, and they will be flying home from MCO. Since we will be there around the same time she asked if we could meet up for dinner one night because their flight home will be LATE. I told her I thought we should meet up at DTD for dinner. I know it is not the parks but maybe some of the magic will seep in and next time they will be going with us for the entire trip. I also know they will most likely not be in a light hearted mood but the magic of Disney can sometimes at least distract for the "real world" for a while.

Keep up the saving while I'm gone!

I understand from Sunday Coupon Preview that there will be two SmartSource inserts, one Red Plum, and one P&G insert this Sunday. I've seen the coupons listed for the two SS and RP, but haven't seen a list for P&G yet. If you're thinking of buying an extra paper for the four inserts, you might want to take a peek inside to make sure all the inserts are in there before you buy extras.

Reminder about mailings. 3/29 is required of everyone. 4/5 will be optional. There probably will be no inserts in the paper on Easter Sunday which is 4/4. 4/12 is required mailing. Remember there is a mailing schedule and a list of inserts for easy reference in the first posting on page one of our thread.

Triple coupons???

Oh, I've been preparing for this for over a month!!! They will triple anything up to .99... meaning we can save up to 2.98

They also do super doubles sometimes, where they double any coupon up to 1.99. That happened about 5 weeks ago or so... I saved a total of $140, and spent about $120.




By the way, one of those nation wide news shows had a special on last night about "extreme couponing". Did anyone see this? They're my new heroes.

I know what you mean about the difference in newspaper inserts. Our St. Paul paper has thinner inserts than our Minneapolis paper. I've never figured that one out since we are all one big metropolitan area.

I plan to shop again Sunday since we're expecting to many inserts!!!

I spent about 75$... saved 150 and some change

We won't be needing toothpaste, shampoo, detergent, muffin mix, or a couple of other things for a while
