Coupon Question

When a coupon says "Manufacture's Coupon" at the top by the expiration date but has a store logo in the body of the coupon, is it only able to be used at the store on the coupon?

There were some Huggies coupons in the paper Sunday. They say "redeemable at Kmart" in the body but Manufacture's Coupon at the top. There are no Kmart stores around here

If it says "manufacturer's coupon" then you can use it anywhere.

This happens a lot with those Walmart coupon inserts in the paper but as long as they say "manufacturer's coupon" it can be used anywhere no matter what store is stamped on them.

My aunt didn't know this and would throw them away because she doesn't normally shop at Walmart.
