Anyone have any tips or links on how to make a good, successful coupon binder? I live in a small town, but we do have two grocery stores. I print coupons online but am now searching for more and would like a good easy way to keep them organized.

I signed up for a free meal planning site that links to your local grocery store with coupons and sale items, and it helps you plan meals around what is on sale that week. Combined with coupons, I hope to save us a bit of money!

Thanks!:thumbsup2

I use a CD case. You can get them with as little as 20 pockets or as many as 200+, it just depends on how many categories you want to make. The CD pockets are much bigger than baseball card holders that a lot of people use and I find them easier to get the coupons in and out of. I also love that the whole thing zips closed so no lost coupons!!!

I set mine up to coincide with the aisles at the store I frequent the most. That way I can just keep turning the pages as I shop and the coupons for that aisle are right there with no hunting for them.

Go to You Tube and search for coupon binders. They have great ideas and step by step on how to make one. That is where I got my idea a year ago and love it! It was alot of work, but worth it in savings

I actually use a plastic box about the size of a shoe box with business size envelopes to sort the coupons. If you go to couponcloset.net it will describe how to put the box together. I find it much easier to keep organized than a binder.

What is binder? Im new to this "coupon stuff". My gf showed me when i can buy coupons).. But i was looking for free ones. Anyone can give some good sites? I found a few. The toolbar looks cool freecouponalert.org/review .. Looking for more =) I love shopping!

I use a three ring binder with sports card pages. I also use tabs to label the sections and have them sorted alphabetically. I used to sort them in store order, which worked great. Until I went to a different store. There's also a website the will clip coupons for you and only charge a small coupon clipping fee. I'm not sure if I can post the name on here or not.

I also use a binder with the sports card pages. I got tired of carrying the heavy binder and went to coupon caddys. But I found I did not use as many and spent to much time looking for the right one. In the binder, I can see each one with just a flip of the page. I have mine sorted by the way things are lined up at WalMart. That is where I do most of my shopping.

I use a large binder (Case-Logic). I use currency pages (3 slots per page). They I use dividers and organize it based on the aisles at the grocery store I use primarily (it works at most others as well w/ only a few differences).

I have a zipped binder with dividers sectioned according to the isles of my local grocery store. I primarily use babseball card pages (9 to a sheet), but do have a few 4 pocket sheets as well. So far it's working much better then my old accordian file as I can easily see what I have. The downside, the size.

I tried using the sports card pages but I found the slots to be too small, switched to photo pages that have three slots to a page and I like it much better!
