Couples - King vs. Doubles? Need advice, please.

We have a king at home. At POFQ we had a double to share. Our DD slept in the other double. DH fell out of the bed one night! He didn't tell me until a few days after we got home. :rotfl:He said he wasn't paying attention. :lmao:

I would sleep in the double, alone, if it were just he and I in the room, but I know he wouldn't go for it. He says he can't sleep without me.

Bumping this up ....

Husband and I had our honeymoon at AKL and got a king, but it was a handicap accessible room, and we were told that those are the only king rooms available at AKL.

No biggie, but now I'm wondering exactly which resorts have kings that are not handicap accessible? We're staying at POP this month for our 1st anniv. to save some green and have requested a king, but I know full well we may not get it.

The DVC studio rooms have a queen bed and a sofa bed. Disney's Old Key West studio has two queen beds.

The DVC one bedrooms have a king bed.

What about CSR??? If you don't want to pay extra to guarantee a king bed...I believe all their rooms got refurbed with queens.

Oh...and Floydian....what kind of dog is that as your avatar...just wondering cause it looks like a German shorthair. That's what we have and not many people are familiar with them.
