Counter Service meals at the Pepper Market

Our last trip was before the changes to the DDP we are returning this summer and I know we have to bring cash to tip the wait staff at the table service meals, my question, is the 10% gratuity added to checks at C/s meals at the pepper market included in the DDP?

I posted this question before and the answer was yes, its included, you don't have to pay OOP for any tip in Pepper Market. HTH
