counter service location suggestions

we will be at wdw sept 18-24, this is my 6yo ds wish trip from make a wish. we are staying offsite at give kids the world. all our meals are included but we think it will be much easier to have lunch at wdw. with fd going on i know it will be next to impossible to get adrs for ts (i think i'll try to get one or two) so i'm looking for some suggestions for good counter service places. btw, we didn't make adrs becausewe just got our travel dates today. we'd like to try something other than just hamburgers and pizza, but if you know a place with great bugers or such let me know! thanks for your thoughts!

In MK, Columbia Harbour House has some nice choices.

In Epcot, Sunshine Seasons and Tangierine Cafe are faves.

In AK, Flame Tree BBQ is good.

All of these have nice offerings that are not just hamburgers and pizza. Have a great trip.

And keep trying to make ADRs. I have seen availability.

Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD is AWESOME!! It has so many great choices and really high quality food. In AK, the Yak and Yeti counter service restaurant is also really good too I hope you have a great trip!

We never miss a chance to eat at Sunshine Seasons at Epcot - sort of like a mall food court where there are soooo many choices. Lots of fresh options and a great pastry case.

Flametree BBQ in AK is really good and the portions are HUGE.

DTD we love Earl of Sandwich.

thanks for the responses! I was looking at yak & yeti as well as flametree. sunshine seasons sounds like a great place to find some thing different than every day food, and I love bakeries! lol. Excited wolfgang puck has a restaurant at wdw, everytime we're in atlantic city I say I wanna go, but the prices are too high for me to be able to enjoy the meal!Thank you for the well wishes! btw, 113 days til christmas at wdw sounds great, but with all the excitement of planning this trip I forgot about christmas! Guess everyone's getting disney souvenirs!
