counter service at MK

Does anyone have any input on the best counter service (I don't care for Casey's) at MK? I would appreciate your input and opinions. Thanks.

there are a few on our MUST do list each time we visit......One is Cosmic Rays....taht is over by the racing cars......awesome food....
Another favorite is Pecos Bills and that is over near the Splash Mt area......also awesome fixing bar for your burgers or whatever.....
We do love Columbia house too......good fish and chips and I love their chowder.....hope this helps

I like the Main Street Bakery--great cold sandwiches, plus a wide variety of desserts.

Peco's Bills is our favorite, followed by Cosmic Ray's. My kids love hot dogs so they really like Casey's and even though I am not a huge got dog fan their dogs are really good. We always have to get cinnamon rolls from the Main Street Bakery too. Yumm!!

Columbia House is GREAT, go upstairs to eat, it's nice and peaceful!

We love to get the sandwiches at the Bakery on Main Street and then stake out our spot for the 3 o'clock parade. We also often split a meal at Cosmic Rays, the portions are generous, and they have a great selection, i.e., roasted chicken, barbecue ribs, hamburgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. Of course you have to finish up with a little treat from the confectionery.

We always enjoy Pinochio's Village Haus in Fantasyland. While we haven't tried the new italian menu they have put into place, it was always very good before. The windows into the entrance of Small World are a nice treat also, it's always fun to sit and wave to the boats as they go by.

I haven't tried Cosmic Ray's so I can't rate it. Last week we enjoyed Peco Bill's, it has a great "Fixin's Bar" for the burgers. It was a good lunch. Beware however, that the only desert offered is a Peanut Butter Brownie - for anyone with a peanut allergy this could be a problem.
But our best Counter Service meal of our trip, which was a surprise to us, was at Columbia Harbour House. They had a great soup and sandwich offering. The Chowder was great and we are from New England where we expect good chowder, and the tuna sandwich was fresh and a nice change.

We enjoyed Columbia Harbor House on our last trip & will be returning again next year. On every trip, Main Street Bake Shop is a must-do for us - this is usually just for a light breakfast or a snack, though.

Looks like maybe we should try Cosmic Ray's next time, too!
