Countdown to the DVC Member Cruise!!!

One month to go till I head south the day before the cruise!! Anyone else getting excited yet?

How about excursions? Anyone signing up for the planned ones, or going off on your own (which is what I usually do)?

Tropical breezes are swaying in the palms...Okay okay...I am really watching the wind blow the snow covered trees around the woods here, LOL!!

Oh, we are QUITE excited!!

No real excursions for Mary or myself, other than a short trip out to a few of the souvenir huts right by the dock.

I am sure you all will have a great time. We found out about the cruise too late to sign up. We had all ready committed our 2003 points for the Thompson African Safari. We leave in three weeks for that trip.

I am sure we will cruise again in 2004.

We are doing some home renovations and I had to pack up the Videos and DVD's into a box for a couple weeks. I knew we were getting close when I couldn't pack the DisneyWorld Video and the Cruise Video in the boxes. Time to start watching those now that the time's getting close!!

Just a side note, DH is a techie (ie; nerd and he told me today its best NOT to put videos near the computers because they could erase. I knew about debit cards etc but had no idea about the videos. Just an FYI. Have a great month all and I hope it goes by fast for all of us.

My son and I are really excited about cruising! Can't wait for the month of January to be over with !!!!!!

No Shore excursions planned...we rarely do that, but might venture off the ship and check out Atlantas...well, me not my son!

February can't get here fast enough! We are really looking forward to this cruise, of course we just got back from WDW on Dec 15th.

We haven't planned any of the excursions - not sure what we want to do since this is our first cruise. Any suggestions on something we shouldn't miss? Dh does want to go snorkeling, I'll try it even though I can't get the hang of that breathing through a tube!!!!!

Is it only 25 days till the cruise?? I just cannot wait !! We are going to do the Discover Atlantis tour and probably going find somewhere to buy some souveniors since this is our first cruise just wondering though how many of you with tennagers or pre-teens are letting them do any of the planned excursions?

Hey tiggerbounce, I have a 17 year old coming along. She's not sure of what she wants to do yet. She's looking at the parasailing.

She's reluctant to commit to the teen excursions. She'll be 2 months shy of her 18th birthday and she's concerned that she'll be with kids much younger than her.

After two weeks of "Commando Disney" I need a nice, relaxing cruise.
