I tried C25k in the past, and I couldn't even do the first day. With over a hundred pounds to lose, I thought I'd never be able to attain my dream of becoming a runner.
Until I found Jeff Galloway's Condition Program. Its for really unfit people like me to condition us BEFORE we start 5K training. Its an 8 week program that starts with a 10 minute Walk/Run, with 55 sec walk, 5 sec run intervals. I love it!

After the eight weeks, I will then return to the C25k, hopefully, with the stamina I need to tackle it!
