I think SF checked back into the Poly in the room next to mine last week. They woke us up at 2am laughing and talking and watching TV. I'm not as nice as you cause I called front desk and got someone sent up pronto!

Hey gang!
Sorry I've been away for most of the weekend! But, I totally forgot to tell yall....

NO, Ryan did not go to work the next day! Thank goodness, huh??? I don't think he would have been able to function... We were exhausted!!!!

I have one thing say, darn that Atlanta airport.

No kidding--- It was horrible... I will now try to go out of New Orleans, (and spend the hour driving to get there then the hour driving home) and have a direct flight, or catch a layover somewhere other than Atlanta... I LOVE the city of Atlanta, but the airport is poo!

OMG Courtney......you are just too darn CUTE !!!!!

I loved your video.....and yes, to us NORTHERN'RS.....you have an "accent" girrrl......but I just luv it !! When I lived down south, I developed the "talk" to, and it totally confused my family. My speech pattern adapts to what region I'm in, I guess....

Courtney, I have so enjoyed your trip report! You remind me so much of myself in so many ways! I do not have your writing ability though
My husband & I live in Tampa and we just went to Disney this past week.
Had a BLAST & ended up buying annual passes. We have been Universal Passholders for the past two years & we are Hooked on Disney now!! I love Figment, slow dark boatrides, I am a PLANNER, I eat atleast if not more than him, he HATES having his picture taken , he says I am like a kid whenever we experience things like this (like that's a bad thing!!)
I love that you take pics of the ride pics! Can you believe I have actually bought these in the past?! Thank you so much for taking the time to fill us in on your wonderful trip (aside from loud neighbors & crappy flight delays) but I am happy to hear you made it home safe & sound.
Only difference in opinion I see is I love GIANT dogs! I own two mastiffs & an american bulldog Your Maddie is adorable though & I'll bet she was so happy to have you both home!

Awwww... We are VERY alike!!!! I'm so glad you're here!!!! And I do like giant dogs, I just prefer to own a small one =) I grew up with Labs, Golden Retrievers (oh, those G.R. are the SWEETEST dogs ever), and other big "mutts".... But when I got a dog of my own, I wanted to be able to carry her around everywhere! She fits in a bag!

Okay Court.. let me say that I got teary on the bit about the soldier. I saw a few in the airports this past weekend and it just touches your heart. That conversation was just priceless!

We flew through Atlanta this weekend with 2+hr layovers both ways (went to Charlotte to see the 'rents and to see LION KING) anyway.. I was dreading problems, but we got lucky.. SO lucky! I am glad ya'll made it home safely albeit a little tired. I bet Ryan was BEAT the next day.. yikes!

LOVE the video. OMG you are too sweet! Can't wait for them makeup tips. I can never seem to get good coverage on my chin, which is my problem area. So slip that into your tips

Oh Courtney, I am so sorry that you had such a horrible time getting home. Did they ever give you a reason as to why the flights kept getting delayed? I would have had such a headache by the time I got home. I really enjoyed your "thank you" video, but feel that we are the ones who should be thanking you for such a delightful trip report. I found myself rushing home from work each evening to see if there was an update from Courtney. Looking forward to the "make-up tips" video, but so so sad that your trip report has ended. I what to make sure that I don't miss any future trip reports, so be sure to let us know when you will be going back.

No reason for the delay in flights on the way home. I think they just send too many flights to Atlanta and it becomes way too crowded to accommodate everyone.... So there's always delays.

I'm so excited that you'd check for a new installment each day! That makes me feel SO good! It makes me smile that you liked it so much! Thank you so much for all of your encouraging posts along the way!!! It really meant a lot!

Your accent reminds me of my cousin who lived in Louisiana for years before moving again, to Texas. Yes they say we in NJ have an accent too...and it varies depending on where you live in our small state. I am in the central region with little or no accent (haha).

Really, the contest and the video came to me toward the end of writing my TR! Glad I did them both! Seems to have been popular--- and SO fun, for at least me =)

Hey Court! You should come and visit someday... You'd like it where I am from...Cape Breton Island (in Nova Scotia, east coast of Canada) is beautiful in the summer time and fall as well, as the leaves change color--it's just beautiful. A lot of people that visit from around the world say they just love it...we are surrounded by trees and lots of green (but we are not in the country... we have a walmart and home depot and a mall(which is expanding...lol....) we also have restuarants.... Anyways, that's my pitch on good 'ol Cape Breton where I am from...it's a nice place to come and relax

I just love you dog clothing company, that's amazing!!! All the puppies look soooo cute in there clothing!!

Okay so I finally finished your trip report and it was so much fun to read. You guys are such a cute couple. We go back to Disney in September for a little last minute trip. We usually go in January but we found out we will be having baby #4! SURPRISE! So I told my husband I need a disney fix before the baby comes. I mean four in Disney sounds much harder then three to me. I can't wait for the make up tips your make up always looks perfect I always have a hard time keeping mine on my face. Hope your Sunday was as nice as ours! After church we went to the Dell store and bought TWO laptops.. woo hoo! Dana's all set for high school now, and I can DIS in the same room while Bob watches ESPN! I'm excited because we'll be able to take it on vacation with us, too. I'm so lost without my internet and email!!

Came home and spent the afternoon lazy by the pool! Didn't even cook - called for salad and pizza.
Bob & Dana are off to pick up coffee & ice cream... I'm going back to sit by the pool.... Boy, I LOVE the summer!!

I am a Southwest girl...LOL I like my non-stop, hour and 20 minute flights to Orlando (I have had a delay or two, but an hour at the most) and I think I would have cried if I had to go threw that...I know it must have been so frustrating. I wish I were brave enough for Southwest--- I get so nervous that their flight schedules don't come out till so late. I hate waiting--- I get nervous that they won't have the right flight times for me, so I end up booking through other carriers. But, I've heard pretty good things about SW, so I really may have to give them a try next time.

I loved your video at the end of your report. Your report inspired me (along with Fairy_tale_bride's great reports) to write one of my own. It was such fun, so up-beat, and just a wonderful positive thread with super posters. Your report also let me find some other fun trippies (DM...ahem).

Now I DON'T have an accent....but I was once giving report to a co-worker from Kentucky and she told me "y'all are just going to have to slow down, I can't understand a word you're saying". Perhaps my cadence is a bit fast... I attribute it to being the youngest of 5 children but my sister's friends in San Antonio swear I talk funny

The only downfall to the late flights are that half of them get delayed for some reason or another! BUT it's always good to get a late flight so u can pack as much DIsney in as possible! SOrry your TR is over, looking fwd to another!!

We always fly "first flight in the morning" at the start of vacation, and mid-afternoon on the way home.. this trip we booked a 6:30 pm flight to Orlando from Newark - it left at MIDNIGHT! It was horrible!!!!! I think I will be sticking to that "first flight" from now on!

Other than those things, though, it sounds like you guys had a fabulous trip. Your new home is beautiful, and so is your family (you, Ryan, and Maddie). I didn't hear an accent in your videos, but then again it could be because I'm from Georgia.

I used to have a neighbor who was from NC, and I loved her accent too. I'm sure you'd think I have an accent, being a lifelong Mainer!

Okay Court...I just went back and looked at the pictures of your home and all I can say is I know why you fell in love with it I just love it (you have to understand, I am a huge fan of house plans, homes and interior design) and I JUST ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT!!!!! I would of wanted it too! May I ask if you know the square footage? DH & I are probably going to be building within the next year or so and I am trying to detrmine what is a good size to build! Anyways, you and Ryan are super cute and I love all the photos from the photopass CD...

Hi Jen! Thank you so much!!!! I'm so glad you like our house!!! There's still a lot we want to do with it, but we love it! And it just takes time! I went in a 6,000 sq. ft house yesterday --- one of the parents of a dance student--- oh, my gracious- i felt like my house was nothing compared to that!!!! It was enormous!!!! Huge-o grande!

Our sq. ft. is 2106... That's three bedrooms, one office, separate dining room, living, and kitchen. The office is only 8x8, but it's all I need to be able to sew the dog clothes, and DIS, of course!!!

Sad this TR is over I really enjoyed reading it and looking forward to the makeup tips. I am a bit of a makeupholic so anytime I can find something to help my addiction, I am in!

BTW, saw a post somewhere from TEMinnie about LSU playing Virginia Tech this fall. That will be a toughie for me. Hubby is a proud graduate of VT, but I've had a soft spot in my heart for LSU. Way back when I was a teenager, had a huge crush on Pete Maravich, and now, knowing you, will be pulling a little that way, even if my mouth says otherwise, lol.
