We've traveled to WDW, before, during Jan and Feb and I'm looking for others who have a traveled to WDW during that time and found a week that they like going. Any suggestions?

Thanks! :)

Late January, early February, and late February will generally see the lowest crowds.

This will be my 3rd year in a row going around the 2nd week in February (the week before Presidents Day). I always leave the Wednesday or Thursday before Pres weekend, so before the holiday crowds start. Last year I was there for Mardi Gras and yeah, the crowds were more than usual because of that, but the NOLA/Gulf Coast folks are a pleasure, and it was fun talking with Tiana and Naveen about how many people from her hometown were there.

The one really really bad thing about February - Splash Mountain being closed! I'm seriously thinking I need to try a trip later in the spring next time 'cause I love Splash.

Pres Week is really crowded but the weeks before and after are just enough people to make it feel like a party. During EMH you can basically walk on every ride. The weather is so up and down at this time of year that you can't rely on dates to get you better weather. Last year we had our warmest weather, 70-80 the week we arrived. One morning on Pres Wknd I had to scrape ice off my windshield. We've had some warm and some cold every year that we went.

Our winters might end earlier than yours (spring is here around the end of March) but by Feb I'm really ready for a break from winter, so this works for me.

We've been there the first week of the year and the crowds were not too bad, but the weather was all over the place we end up having to carry sweaters and jackets around. We are going the last week of february this year and i am hoping better weather. I would stay away presidents day and marathon weekend.
