I spend half my money on WDW, and waste the rest.

With the response being "just the winter months" will be in line with the Red Cross (meaning the summer months cant conform) and we are "trying to save energy costs", that tells me they just want to save money. Since energy is wasted all over WDW (I doubt they want to save energy) it seems we could at least be informed on what the costs would be to move pool heat up a few degrees in the winter and maybe discuss what impact of dues would be.
Maybe I am way off base, but I know we would pay more dues for this change. I assume anyone who travels only in the summer, or never swims would vote against it. But at the very least it would be nice to know what the cost is.
Also, how do you define "DVC Pools". I would assume all OKW/SSR/BWV pools and only the quiet pools at VWL/BCV (what a shame for SAB). Then the last 2 would need patrol from the NON DVC guests, so maybe they would have to heat them all?
Feedback appreciated.
