We are at 18 days an all of these questions are coming to me at once it seems

Anyhow, when we leave our hotel room on the last day that we are there, we can check our baggage in in the lobby, but what I'm wondering is, what do we do with our carryons? If we go to a park, do we need to bring them with us? If we do, I just want to pack as much as I can in my suitcase so I don't have to carry everything around the parks

They'll hold your carryons

Bring your carry ons to the lobby and the hotel will stow them for you. They give you a ticket-like a valet. When you return for Magical express give them the ticket and they will retrieve your stuff. Make sure to leave enough time for this when you are planning your time to get back to your hotel for departure.
