Okay, I'm onto W3. And the information on the cool runnings website says to:
Walk for 5 mins
Jog for 90 seconds
Walk for 90 seconds
Jog for 3 minutes
Walk for 3 minutes
That's all it says. So, do I just do this once or do I do several circuits or it or do the jog 3/walk 3 until I can't? Or do it for a total of 30 minutes? I'm just a little confused. Sorry!
