Costumes at the Parks?

We are heading down to the parks in Sept and would like to know if they have both girl and boy costumes at the Parks. we are looking for Mulan and Shang. I know that they are in the catalog and the DS but since we will be down just before Halloween , I might get them there.
I am also looking for that comb that Mulan's father gives her. Can I get that as well?

You'll most likely pay a lot more $$ if you buy them at the parks... just a suggestion to buy them before you go (if you can!)
