Costco water- Here's my schedule, when should I order?

Obviously I'm a follower, NOT a leader. I need someone to tell me exactly what they'd do in my situation, because I don't want to screw anything up. LOL

We are leaving in 11 days (on the 6th). We don't arrive until after midnight, though (we'll probably get to POR at around 2 am). If you were me, what day would you place the order for the water? And would you pick it up at check-in or the next morning?

We ordered our water on Monday night (late, almost midnight probably) and it said 2-3 business days and arrived at our resort (All Star Music) on Thursday. We checked in Sunday around noon and totally forgot to ask about it. It wasn't in our room when we put our belongings there, and we headed to the parks and didn't think of the water until we were already there (woops ). When we got back that night, we stopped by the front desk before heading to our room and they checked and it had already been delivered to our room. When we got there, the box was waiting on our table for us! It worked GREAT and we were so thankful!

We ordered ours on a Tuesday, and it was there when we arrived on Friday. We asked about it at check-in, and they had it delivered to our room. It did take a little while, so you may want to call about it first thing in the morning if you arrive after midnight. Have fun!
