About 10 days ago I was trying to make a final payment and they had a note on the top of the screen that basically said, "if you're having trouble making a payment, fill out this form" - so I think there was some kind of issue going on. That note isn't there but they do have a "cruise self-service" section that includes this language:
- Use this form to request assistance if your payment has failed when attempted through your account at www.costcotravel.com. We will work these as fast as we can. Expect a call from Costco Travel within 24 - 48 hours
Not sure i'm allowed to link to the page but look at the top of the costco page and click on the link that says "Need assistance with your cruise booking? Check out our cruise self-service options." The payment one is the first one on the list.
My issue was I paid the amount Costco said I had on my balance, and then it said I had a different amount still due. I did call and the woman was super helpful (caveat, I spent several hours on the phone). She contacted Disney who had a 3rd number for the amount due... she waited for a supervisor who then had to go to the
DCL accounting team. The Costco person had to call me back several times, which is above and beyond service for them. Eventually the payment went through (random amount that DCL showed I owed... NOT the amount Costco showed), and I was able to book my tastings as soon as my window opened

. I agree with the "make your payment early" sentiment in case anything gets messed up.
