I PLAN TO BUY RESALE CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THERE ARE ANY CHARGES WHEN YOU STAY AT A DVC RESORT LIKE TAXES ON THE ROOM?

When you stay on points, there are no additonal fees or taxes to pay. The only things on your bill at check out will be the items/meals you personally charged to your room and a small charge for phone calls if you made any during your stay.

I'm not sure I'm completely clear on your question. But if you purchase a DVC resale contract, then the only thing you have to pay each year for accommodations is the annual maintenance fee...currently about $4.00 - $4.25 a point per year.

No taxes, occupation fees, etc.
