Cosmic Ray's Vegetarian

I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on the vegetarian options at Cosmic Ray's...

I saw listed a vegetable wrap, greek salad, and veggie burger. I'm most interested in the wrap and salad. (The veggie burger is always a backup plan) Does anyone know what is in the wrap? Is it hot or cold? What about the salad, what is in it, if there is something I don't like can I ask for it without it? Anyone have pictures? TIA!

(This is my first time eating vegetarian in the world, my last trip I stayed at a timeshare and I had a full kitchen so I brought my own lunches and went back to the timeshare to prepare my dinners.)

I did the same and really enjoyed it. I usually steer clear of fast food veggie burgers but this was great and there was plenty choice to fix it up on the toppings bar.

I usually avoid veggie burgers when we go out, but the toppings bar is so nice I just can't resist when I'm at Cosmic Rays. The sauteed vegetables make it so yummy.

Thanks everyone... that's why I figured the veggie burger would be my backup plan. But I think I might actually get sick of them!

Anyone out there is disboard land try the greek salad or veggie wrap?

I had the wrap and it was served cold. I took my first bite and thought it was really dry. So, I walked back up to the counter and asked for a side of hummus to make it moister. It was great with the extra hummus and I ended up really enjoying it. I also really liked the veggie flatbread from Golden Oak Outpost.

I LOVE the Cosmic Ray's veggie burgers. As a matter of fact, I crave them when I am home and they are a favorite. It's the first place we plan on going when we get to WDW this time. I had the veggie wrap 2 years ago, but I think they changed it after looking at the previous poster's picture. It used to have fresh vegetables without the beans & corn & was good, but not great. I don't think I will like the newer version as well.

I wanted to ask you if pasta salad was still an option with the veggie wrap. They had it years ago, did not have it when I was there two years ago, and now I see it on the menu again. It was wonderful & I hope it is back again!

I have not had the veggie wrap, but my mother-in-law had it on our 2008 trip and loved it. She had it again this past December, 2010, loved it again. As I said, can't speak for it myself...but may be worth a shot if you're sick of the same things...

I've had the wrap- I thought it was mediocre at best. If I find myself at Cosmic Rays again (which I will try to avoid!), I'll go for the veggie burger/toppings bar.

I tried the veggie wrap last year and I liked it. It was a nice change from the veggie burgers that you can find all over "the world." However that being said, I do prefer the veggie burgers at Cosmic Ray's only because they have a fantastic toppings bar that you can't really beat at any other CS. We generally go to Cosmic Ray's once or twice each trip so I might get a veggie burger one time and the veggie wrap another time.
