The room safe is pretty small. You might be able to fit a netbook in it, but not a bigger item.

So I'm guessing the laptops won't fit in the room safe??

In the past we have taken the laptop and no it did not fit in the room safes in any the mods. The past two years we have taken the netbook and it did fit in the safe, just making it without the battery pack. Hope that helps.
We have never had a problem with any of the electronics or anything missing, but we don't leave it in places to be seen. We place them in drawers, luggage and under the bed.

Well, I have a reservation at CSR for June but am afraid to get my hopes up! I have had CSR the last two trips and downgraded to a value once (thank you basement for flooding) and the second time could not get my fd pin to work for CSR so we switched to POR (which we love). Keeping my fingers crossed a discount comes out and that I can apply it to our current reservation!

Is there anyone on here who has put an airbed in their room at CSR? I have a teen boy and girl and so we'll need to bring our airbed, just wondering how they fit in CSR now that the beds are queens and they have the desk and other furniture. We got a rollaway last stay but with a two week trip this time I am not paying for that this time around!

Hope it works out for you to stay at CSR!

We used a queen air mattress at CSR last summer. We had to slide the dresser and desk down to make it fit, but it fit by the door. A twin should fit without rearranging furniture.

We used a queen airbed and it worked out fine. We just stood it on end against the wall during the day.

Thank you so much, I figured it would fit fine but just have to worry about the details almost ten months before we get there!

i know this probably has been answered previously but i have a question. i buy the refillable mugs every trip. does coronado have coke zero and/or unsweetened iced tea?

I have been looking at the celebrations that can be sent to a room. Does anyone have any suggestions of one that can be done for a guy? I would love to surprise my fiance on our honeymoon. or Is there anything around Coronado that is good for a guy to do? He isn't going to be into the spa/massage stuff. Neither am I really. Any help would be great :)

Just got approval from the bossman to attend a conference at CSR on Oct 17-19. Taking the family and we will be staying from 9/15 thru 9/23:banana: I have scheduled an ADR at Chef Mickeys for breakfast one day and also going to do the MNSSHP one of the nights.

September or October? You list two different sets of dates. But whichever hope you have a great time.

Does anyone know how time consuming it would be to get from Wilderness Lodge (dinner ressie, and to see Christmas deco) back to Epcot to get a bus back to Coronado? I heard WL has a direct bus to Downtown Disney in the evenings. Would this be any better? Any other suggestions? MK will be closed when we are finished with dinner. Also, Coral Reef, to do or not to do? Anyone been lately? Thank you .

Unless you specifically want to go to DTD for shopping or dessert, AVOID the DTD buses at all costs!!! They are horrendous, and seriously, your trip on DTD buses from WL to DTD to CSR might take almost 3 hours.

Regarding the Epcot bus, it really depends. Do you catch one right away, or do you have to wait? How about when you reach Epcot? Have you just missed one or is one sitting there? Honestly, I recommend a taxi, but I promise you the park bus will be more eficient than the DTD bus 99 out of 100 times.

where can I find the list of conventions at CSR?

Page 1 of this thread, Podst #4 near the bottom. Please be aware this is NOT a conclusive list; this was put together from research and people alerting us to conventions they knew of.

Paid my resort balance in full last night so that I can add deluxe dining on before we go! :cool1: We, (my daughter and I), keep coming back to look at pics on this thread and we are getting so excited to stay here. I can't wait to try out the Jaguar slide and get a margarita by the pool!!!

I'm sure they do, but just in case I thought I'd ask, can you use the DDP at the pool bars for their limited menus? I would rather eat poolside with a drink than go into the Pepper Market all the time, especially if I get my 8a room request.
