Just got a call From Debbi. It's all set up for my wife and my 3rd anniversary! Boy will she be surprised!!

I love DISboards!!! I would have never known about the diver or menu if not for here (it's not in any of the planning books).
I called the phone number for Debbie (found in this thread) early yesterday morning and left a very nice message in her voice mail asking about the diver and menu. I included my name, cell number, e-mail, date/time of res, and res #. Since this is my family's first trip to WDW and my res is for The 4th of July I really didn't expect much.
By late afternoon I had an E-mail reply saying the diver was all set and to send some pics for the menu!!! She even knew that it was going to be my DS's birthday!!! My mom made all of the res and I guess she must have said something to WL while setting up the rooms.
I will try to post pics and follow up to let you all know how this went after the trip.
Thanks all for the great work here and thanks to the great folks at Coral Reef, I am psyched!

Has anyone had problems with sending Debbi emails?? I've tried to email her twice, but both times it said that my email was "undeliverable". Would it have anything to do with the size of the email??

I'm guessing that you are trying to send your pictures. Debbi told me if the file is too big it might get kicked back. If that is the case try sending multiple e-mails. Just label them 1 of 3...2 of 3. She said this might happen. I don't know yet as I am just getting ready to send mine out. Good luck.

yes her email won't except emails over a certain size...try sending the pics in batches and ask her to confirm receipt of them, she's really good about this

I resized my pictures by sending an e-mail to myself. I set them to small, 600X800. Then I forwarded it to Debbi. It went through perfectly, (well I haven't seen anything that says they didn't and that was hours ago) and I e-mailed 14 pictures, all around a standard 4X6.

You need to call Coral Reef directly and leave a message with your confirmation #, date, time,etc. Debbi will call back and then give you her e-mail so you can send her your pictures.

I resized my pictures by sending an e-mail to myself. I set them to small, 600X800. Then I forwarded it to Debbi. It went through perfectly, (well I haven't seen anything that says they didn't and that was hours ago) and I e-mailed 14 pictures, all around a standard 4X6.

She told me I could upload the pictures to photobucket and send them that way as an option...

(good idea sending them to yourself! I'm very computer challenged)

Need some advice. I called Debbi and she returned my call acknowledging that she can get a diver for me. I went ahead and emailed her to let her know that I got her message, but I didn't get a reply email from her. Should I email her back? Should I assume that she can do a menu for me and just send her some pics? Maybe I should call, right. It has been two days since I emailed her.

We are celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and I wanted to surprise my DH, not to mention that the kids will be surprised too!

I sent Debbi some pictures today and she e-mailed me back about an hour ago letting me know that she was able to open the pictures, etc.

I was told by my T/A we couldn't get a diver because our ADRs were too late (8:30pm), but does that count for the menus too?

No, you should still be able to do the menus.

Sent my pics to Debbi on 5/1. I think the e-mail went okay as I haven't received anything telling me different. I know Debbi is very busy but do you think I should wait a couple of more days before I e-mail or call her again? I've got plenty of time.
