I am a computer dummy...how do I send pictures. (Stupid question I know) but I never did before.
I think you just have to call and talk to Debbi. I'm having two menus made and I've heard of people who do more. I don't think it would be a problem. I beleive they are made and put on file as soon as she receives the pictures and info. I know she said mine were completed on 5/6 and my ADR isn't until 8/22.Do you think it would be too much to ask if I requested 4 personalzied menus?
One for my parents
One for my little sister
One for my DH
One for my DD which we will be celebrating her birthday and I am going to try to request the diver for her also.
I don't want to ask for too much but I don't know when we will have another family vacation again and I just want to make it as memorable as possible.

I believe the menus are possible anytime. It's the diver that gets tricky depending on your ADR time and how many are already reserved.Can you get a menu done if you ask a few weeks before you go?

Spoke to someone at Coral Reef who said they noted the diver on my ADR with what I wanted the sign to say. Should I trust that it will be done, or should I call Debbie directly to confirm that the note is all that is necessary? I'm concerned, since I thought they don't look at your ADR until you are checking in to the restaurant.
