They sat us in booths with connecting tables to seat the 10 of us, it was perfect.

Sounds awesome! I may try to get an ADR right when Coral Reef opens for lunch or dinner so I would have a better chance of getting this same setup. I have been there a couple of different times before and sat on the first level at the tables closest to the tank, the booths on the first level, and the tables at the front of the second level. My favorite view is the booths on the first level. But they are all nice!

I second this. Debbi is so friendly and so easy to work with. I think the best idea is to set it up the way she seems to prefer -- by calling first. I'm sure the phone number is somewhere in this thread.

I did this for my family last August, I called the Debbi's number and left a voicemail. Within a day or two she returned my call and we got everything set up. I emailed her the pictures later. Everything went perfectly. My family was so surprised and impressed. They couldn't believe when I told them I didn't even have to pay extra for the royal treatment.

We accidently left our customized menus on the boat to MGM, my mom went back for them but they were gone. I called Debbi the next morning and left a message saying we were having dinner at Coral Reef again later in our trip and if she still had the menus and could print them out again we would love to have new copies -- but if not it was fine and I thanked her for the wonderful job she did. She called me back later that day and said not to worry about a thing and instead of having to carry them with us through the parks she would just mail them to our home. When we got home from vacation the menus were waiting for us there -- Debbi overnighted them.

It didn't take long for her to call me back, MAYBE a week. She must be busy. I would say give her one more week, and then try again, assuming you have time before you go.

I think I gave her an email address the first time I called, but maybe she can't understand my accent! It is quite a strong Scottish accent I'll give it another week and phone her with my email again. Thanks HALEYSMOMMOM

I am soooooo excited. I just got a call from Debbi and I'm all set with the diver and menus for my DD's 18th . She was so nice to talk to and is even taking care of a special b-day cake for our celebration.

WHOO HOO!! I left a message for Debbi on Monday and she called me back the next day (yesterday...Tuesday) and left a voicemail for me confirming the diver...then a few minutes later I received an email from her with the same confirmation. I replied to her email today and within minutes she was replying back to me with additional info! I AM SOOO PUMPED!! Now, I just have to decide which pics to use on the menus and what to say on the banner. Thanks to all the previous posters who gave such good tips on how to plan this dinner!! Y'all are awesome!

Planning on getting 2 made for my dd's birthdays while we're down there, so maybe seeing one would give me an idea on what to put on theirs.
