I know this is probably a redundant question, but I have reserved my ADR's on Monday for our trip in October so do I need to go ahead and reserve the diver now or is it too early??

I called the day I made my reservation so it was actually just over 180 days. As long as you have your ADR number, Debbie can make the arrangements for you.

We were at the Coral Reef on March 30th with our party of 10. Debbie set it up so we were down on the main level in the centre. The 6 kids were handed their personalized menus with their pictures and then about 5 minutes after that, I saw some divers in the tank and they came right up to the window and showed the sign which I had say, "Welcome to Disney World, Hamre and Flamini Families"! We were all jumping up and down and took pictures too, which I can post if you want. It was fantastic because I never told my husband or my BFF that I was planning that, so it was a big surprise!!

We have a early birthday celebration set up with the diver and menu and even my DW is excited. She even wrote a poem about becoming a teenager (hope Debi can fit it on the menu)
We know that DS will be so surprised and will be the highlight of our trip.

Just wondering how they arranged the seating for your on the first level? I was thinking of doing this for our party of 6-8 but I didn't know if we'd have to sit at different tables or if we'd have to be on a higher level, or how they do this! Did you have to ask for anything specific (seating wise) or did they just take care of it?

We leave on Aug 5th and our ADR is for the 7th. Also should I mention at the podium when we check in that I have the menu and diver all set up so they know in advance or will they already know? Also since its just DH and I, do we have great chances of getting right up next to the tank?

Actually, Debbie told me our party was too large to sit down on the first level, but when we checked in, they advised us they were arranging that for us. Perhaps she made a special note. We had to wait almost an hour past our ADR to get this, but it was well worth it since we had 6 kids in our party. Just ask!

I've got my stuff arranged. Did it back in Feb. And now that we're close, I want to send my pictures and just realized I lost Debi's email addy and I cannot remember how to spell her last name. I do remember she has to spell ir for me three times.

They sat us in booths with connecting tables to seat the 10 of us, it was perfect.

We had a party of six and were on the second level. I though it was a better view to see the whole tank. We were on the outside sections.

The divers know what "panel section" are are in so you can see them.
