How do I do it? I was able to get an ADR for our anniversary dinner.. I would like to do the diver and the personalized menu. Can someone pass along the info? Thanks!

Deb is so awesome. Call DD or guest services. Ask for CR diectly and listen to the options. Option 3 is contact a manager. Leave a massage and she gets right back to you. E-mail the pictures to her and she handles the rest! We were there in May and were not celebrating anything but DD5 first trip to WDW. She had been to DL twice and announced she was now big enough for the World! Deb made a great menu that had our pics and clip art with Ariel, King Triton and flounder. The top of the menu said "Ariel and her friends welcome the #$%@! Family." The diver came right up to our table, on a small board asked if my daughter's name was #$@!@. She said yes. He pulled out the banner that said, "Ariel says Hi!" and he threw some of the sand in the air like confetti. She thought it was so cool!

that is so cool. I just told my husband about this and we are going to do it for our son who will be 7 when we go

I think you should make your ADR first... I think she told me that the divers are NOT in the tanks between 3 and 7. She will adjust your ADR if she can (and it needs to be adjusted).

The posted number was correct.


You'll have to ask about multiple messages... and I don't know about cakes...

I talked to Debbi and my ADR is for 4:40 in December, and I'm getting a banner for my DH's birthday. I asked her what time the diver would show up with it, and she said that he'll know and it's Disney magic. She didn't mention that the diver wouldn't be in the tank at that time. I have arranged this and getting the personalized menu with her.

I am not Mermaid86, but Debbi and I arranged a personalized menu yesterday for DH for our 10th anniversary, and this is what I was instructed to do.

She requested I email her some wedding photos as well as WDW Honeymoon photos plus the lyrics to the song we had our first dance to at the reception. My diver banner will say "Thanks for 10 magical years- you've made all my dreams come true!"

She is amazing and SUPER-NICE!!!

For anyone wanting to do this, please call earlier than you think. I called at 60 days out and she already had 5 scheduled for that day and wouldn't do anymore. We switched dinner nights with the Biergarten so I could go on a night where she could accomodate both the menu and the diver. She even went so far as to contact the Biergarten manager on myhalf and switch the ressie for me!! Talk about going above and beyond!

(I am not sure who posted about the divers not being in the tanks between 3 and 7 but the only restriction she told me of was no divers after 8 pm and she limits the number she does per night for the safety of the fish etc. Our diver is coming at 7pm for our 6:30 ADR)

ya when i had called i had to leave a message as well and she got back to me within two hours but that was in late april so I'm sure she is just hit with a million calls a day but she really did make the magic happen for my family. my parents asked me how i found out about this as well as the cake we had delievered to our room at WL and i giveall my credit to DIS!!!!

Hi! I picked out cute pictures of me and DBF, the lyrics to "You are my Sunshine"-our favorite song (silly i know!) and then I looked up Disney love songs from all the different animated movies and picked my favorites. They added the "I love you Geoffrey" at the top and ta da! the masterpiece was complete!

Great! I must have misunderstood her, or there are different diver schedules for different days... I just know that the day I'm there, she said that the divers weren't in the tank for those hours...

About a month ago, I spoke to a lady by the name of Alisha regarding a diver with a sign for my parent's anniversary in September. She said she had us all set up, but she did not mention a personalized menu. Do you think I need to call back and speak to Debbi to make sure they do have us down for a diver that evening. I am ok with not having the menu, I just want to make sure they have us down for the diver.

What would you do?
