cooling apparel

To anyone who has used cooling apparel (vest, neck wraps, etc.) which type did you use and who well did it work? Going to disney in June so hot and humid. I use the neck wraps that you soak in water and swell up. Cheap ones did not work well in humidity, and leaked. Went to polar soft ice. Just not sure which worked best. and how comfortable they are to wear.

i got my daughter one from glacier tek inc 18004820533 or www.coolvest.com you can freeze the packs but they only get soo cold ever thought they are frozen so they will not "burn" the skin to recarge them you just need ice water for 20 min then they last for hours and freeze at night for the next day the packs fit into a vest that seams comfortable my daughter doesn't talk but doesn't seam uncomfortable while wearing it and if you tell them it is for a medical conditiion they give you money off I researched them a lot last summer for a trip to tenn and then this summer we are going to disney so I really wanted something for her. and they are no all that expensive.
