Need some help/advice please. This is our 1st trip to Disney, so need some help!

I know we can bring bottled water into the park, but what about canned drinks? We are bringing a collapsible cooler with us which we can place in the bottom of our stroller.

Also, just to be honest, I am still a little worried about leaving our stroller unattended. There w/ be no valuables in it (just the cooler, snacks, my son's diaper bag, his juice, etc). We did purchase a bike lock to lock the back wheels. Has anyone ever had their stroller taken or items removed from their stroller while leaving it unattended?

We brought can drinks in last year no problem.

We haven't experienced taking a stroller before, but I've read alot of people will take a rain cover and cover their stroller when they leave it, not only does it protect from those unexpected rain storms that FL is famous for, but it's not so easy to access stuff in the stroller.

We make a Stroller tag (you can find templates in the DisSign forum here on DisBoards) and attach it to the handlebars with zip ties. It makes it easy to spot from a distance and less likely to be taken by mistake by someone else.

We have used a stroller on 5 trips to WDW, and never had a problem. We brought a bike lock too, but never used it... Only two recommendations, one mark you stroller with a balloon, or ribbon. It will help when you get off the ride to find your stroller, the CM sometimes move strollers to make room. Secondly get a poncho or cover for your stroller if it looks like rain. A soggy stroller is never a good thing to come back to.

I've done 8 trips with strollers and we've never had a problem with our strollers or stuff we left in the strollers, however, that is not to say that it is impossible. I'm sure things do get taken every now and then.

I've always left our diaper bag in the stroller but I don't leave anything in it that I would miss terribly if it disappeared.

As far as locking the wheels, I did bring a bike lock with me the first time we went and locked it for probably half of the first day of our trip. It was a royal pain in the neck and I quickly got rid of the lock. It just wasnt worth spending the time to lock and unlock at each attraction.
