Cool Dude at BBB .... Thanks Pete!

Pete! Thanks for the info on the Cool Dude style for boys at the BBB. I made an appointment for my 5 year old nephew for the same time my nieces will be getting their Pop Princess styles. I was kinda worried about it, but I know he is going to want to do it because my nieces are. Cool Dude sounds good though, I wasn't sure exactly what they would be doing.

And I absolutely agree that BBB is worth every nickel. The look on my niece's face last year was beyond priceless.

Cute story, my younger niece normally won't let anyone near her hair. If my sister starts coming at her with a comb or brush, it's tantrum time, but she let her Fairy Godmother at BBB do her hair without a peep I kept looking at my sister thinking "If that was you or me she'd be having a fit." After we left BBB I asked my niece "How come you didn't cry when they were combing your hair?" and she looked at me like I was a complete idiot and said "Because it's okay when my Fairy Godmother does it."

Thank you Pete for your rapid fire on the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. We are going to Disney in October of this year and we wanted to take our two nieces along with our daughter (who by the way is also named Bridget and will be turning 5 shortly). Our Bridget has gone to the BBB twice before and I completely agree that it is a priceless experience. My mother in law who will be going with us in October was not convinced until I played the podcast for her. So now all three girls will have their hair done before the Halloween party and I am sure will enjoy it as much as our daughter has before!!

When are you going in October? We are doing the same thing before our Halloween party on Oct. 21st.

My own sister (mom to my nieces) wasn't convinced about BBB until we actually went! We didn't even get the dress package and she still thought it was ridiculous to spend $50 getting my nieces hair done. Afterwards she felt very differently of course.

We are going October 5-10th. We have never done the entire package at BBB simply because we have every single princess costume and usually bring our own. This year she wants to be Tinkerbell and I already have a Peter Pan costume for our son so it should be very cute. Lets just hope the weather isn't as hot as it was last year in October!!

We are bringing MIL, BIL and his three children for their first trip to Disney and I wanted them to be able to do all the really great things we have done with our children. I knew the girls would LOVE BBB so I really pushed until MIL agreed to do it. Pete's rapid fire really helped though! We have only gone to BBB at Magic Kingdom, I am assuming the one at Downtown Disney is just as great?

I've never been to the BBB in the castle, but yes, the one in DTD was awesome. From some pics I've seen though, the one in the castle does have better theme-ing. I really wanted to book their appointments at the castle BBB, but couldn't make it work time wise. DTD was a wonderful experience though.
