Cooking Question!!

OK...anyone here cook Minute steaks...aka cubed steaks?

i need a various way to cook them. i usually put flour on them and and put them in oil. i am not up for oil....any other way to cook them?

First, I brown them with flour and butter, then put them in a 9x13 pan, add about a half inch of water and cook them in the oven at 350. Afterwards I add a couple of boullion cubes for flavor when I make the gravy.

A couple of ways I do them is brown them then put them in casserole dish with rice and cream of mushroom soup. I also do the same and add potatoes and cream of mushroom soup. The favorite of our family is with the rice.
