If anyone has this cookbook would you please help me
with a recipe?
It was on PBS last week from NH and it had a recipe for
Asparagus,Onion Tart.
I came in at the end so couldn't get the right info.
Also, that book is not to be found at Barnes and Noble or Borders.
(okay I'll admit I stopped at both today to steal the recipe!) I know it is still Lent, but I want this recipe!
Would love the actual recipe, but if not ( don't want some to type it all),
What was the dough - pizza like or pie like?
Asparagus - roasted first?
Onions - carmelized?
Was it goat cheese sprinkled on top?
Cooked at what temp and for how long?
I think he did a morels sauce over the top when it came out,
but I don't care about that part.
