Can anyone tell me how many minutes per pound I should cook a thawed ham (it was never frozen)? Thanks.
 
I believe it's usually 15 minutes per lb for ham.
 

I cook it at 350 degrees for 15-19 minutes/pound....until the thermometer reads 160 degrees.
