Does anybody have a good way to re-warm fried chicken without drying it out?

We have a bunch of chicken left over from a picnic yesterday and I want to have it for dinner tonight but I am not sure of the best way to warm it up.

Everytime I try to warm chicken, it turns so dry it's like the turkey that Chevy Chase carved on Christmas Vacation:)

Help, please!!!

I warm it low and slow. Put in the oven no hotter than 250 for about 20 minutes. Use a stoneware pan if you have one.

If it comes out too dry, it's because the heat is too high and you're cooking it for too long.

Leave it on the counter for about 30 minutes to warm slightly and then re-fry it ever so briefly. Maybe 30 seconds. Make sure the oil is to temp.

But.....I LOVE cold fried chicken.
