There was a cake decorating class in Disney Springs but it’s not going on right now. They did have cooking demos for the Food & Wine festival in years past. Haven’t seen any actual cooking classes recently though.
Not cooking but Coronado Springs currently offers Sangria University. We did it a few weeks ago and it was cute. You get some guacamole and chips, a flight of four sangrias, learn a bit about sangria, and then have the chance to create your own.
As the above poster stated, in years past there have been demonstrations and classes offered as part of the Food & Wine festival but had been reduced significantly in number pre-pandemic and haven't returned at all post. I'm hoping they do return this year but who knows.
I've seen some restaurants in Disney Springs offer some classes from time to time - specifically Terralina and Paddlefish - but haven't seen those return yet (best place to watch for them in on their individual websites, social media, or sign up for emails). Wine Bar George has also done some wine tasting events.
Back in 2015 the Contemporary did a Family Culinary Adventure but I'm not sure how long it lasted. We never tried it. It doesn't appear to be available now.
