Convert PH to AP with FD package?

Our AP’s just expired and I’m out of DVC points for this year, so we booked a FD package with PH. When we get there can we still pay the difference and make those AP’s? We are planning on going again within that year and we get gold passes with DVC so there’s not that much difference in cost between the tickets we got and the AP’s. I know you used to be able to do it, but not sure if you still can.
