It’s crazy… and yes I would expect (and hope) it ramps back up at least by early next year (Feb/Mar)Yeah I noticed hardly any contracts under 100pts - the ones that exist are only a handful of resorts. Normally it’s hard to find in your UY, now it’s just plain ol’ hard to find any! Will probably ramp back up going into winter.

^That’s from Mar 18, 2023 - over 2400 contracts on sale at that point. It went down and then back up last Nov 2023.A year ago inventory was at 1500 https://dvcnews.com/dvc-program-men...00-for-all-walt-disney-world-resorts-combined since that time listings increased & I’ve yet to see a significant reduction in the number of listings, the high was around 2600 listings, it’s now 2400+ so maybe we‘re past the peak.
The question in my mind is whether the increased inventory is a result of increased supply - more sellers, or decreased demand - fewer buyers. The fact that Direct sales are at historic lows https://dvcnews.com/dvc-program-men.../5537-dvc-direct-sales-slump-in-february-2023 hints that lower demand may be the driver in the resale market as well. Of course the lack of ROFR means that one significant buyer - DVC - is absent from the market.

Even though I paid more than I wanted, I agree it was perfect size and UY, so the couple extra bucks aren’t so bad.Makes me glad I got my VGC contracts when I did! I haven't seen jack squat since then.
