Does anyone remember how long it took to hear back, after submitting all the papers? Will we only hear back via mail, or will we get a phone call. Will the guide that we dealt with to buy Bwv, be the one we hear from, or is it anyone, that works in that area of contract sales?

I would be really interested in knowing as well. The contract should be here today and I'll send them back tomorrow. It's so hard to be patient!!!

Back in may of this year my resale went as follows:

It took us approximately 10 days to hear back after fedex'ing the paperwork back to hear from them. I was getting nervous around day 6 and called them day 7 but they had no information for me. The resale agent then called me back 3 days later, the day it "passed" ROFR, to ease my mind. Then another 10-14 days later they called again once the closing was complete. The paperwork for the closing and the deed showed up via FedEx about a week later.

Wow! That is a long time. Thanks for getting back to me, otherwise, I would have been calling a lot sooner, with panic in my voice. Hopefully since we bought through Disney, it will go a little faster, then having to wait the ROFR, like you did.
