Thanks. At the time of the post I was in the transition between the ocean swim and the bike. It was a fun morning. I have another sprint triathlon in 7 weeks to do. This old guy is getting more active. 3 Half marathons (Wine and Dine, Princess) Cocoa Beach and 1 full marathon (Disney) on the upcoming calendar.
