Contemporary to Whispering Canyon?

Is there a boat that takes you from the Contemporary to the Wilderness Lodge....I think I have read that there is.....

if so....

where is it at the Contemporary

and

how much time should I allocate to reach the restaurant?

Didnt know if this should be in resorts, restaurants or transportation.....sorry mods.

It is at the back dock, they run about every twenty minutes. Sometimes they go to the campground before they go to the WL, so plan on about 30-45 to get there depending on if a boat is available for you right away.

We did this when we were at the Contemporary two months ago; the boat dock is past where the topiary Fantasia Mickey is- kind of the back side of the hotel. You will walk past the marina, all the way down the dock and wait for the boat. It took quite awhile for us- we waited 5 minutes or so for a boat, but then we looped to Fort Wilderness first, and then to WL- give yourselves at least 30 minutes. And take a jacket if it's chilly!
