Contacting a crew member after cruise?

How would I go about contacting a crew member that I became friends with on a previous cruise (about 2 wks ago)? Is there any possible way in getting an e-mail address or contacting them somehow? Or would the only way to get in touch with them is to get someone who is going on an upcoming cruise to give a message to them?

Please help...I made friends with a dining room server on my cruise...and would love to keep in touch.
