This may seem obvious but who can I write to for a special request? I am planning a trip for my 35th
anniversary and I may need help from someone in member services.

Not sure what you had in mind but your kinda limited with what DVC will do for special occasions. Other than marking it as celebrating an anniversary that is about it. Anything else you would need to plan yourself. If you want something delivered. Walt Disney World Florist would do that.

iF you are thinking about having something special delivered to room or set up in the room, or even something special set up for a dining reservation at Cinderella's table, the WDW Florist, which you can find online, including a phone number, is the place to go. Florist is a misnomer for it because it also does a lot things that do not even have flowers in them at all.
