Oh please! First off, there have been many, many things over the years that could very easily keep you out of the state of FL, many of which have included the Sanford PD. Just because they haven't been all over the national news doesn't mean the state has been all pixie dust and Mickey bars. Second, NY is perfect and never has any controversies, cover-ups, mishandled or misguided situations?

Your money, your decision but it seems like an odd choice when you consider bad things happen all over the world. And trust me, considering the influx of tourists at the moment, we really won't notice one missing family from NY.

There is another case in florida where a Vet was murdered in front of his 8 year old daughter and the shooter is using the syg defense....

Why not go out to Disneyland instead? The lead time for restaurant adrs and the like is far shorter than it is at WDW. And the new Carsland will be open. It's a great trip.
