I have a question for all the debs here. I'm guessing all of our full names are the biblical spelling, Deborah? Are you finding that people keep spelling it wrong lately? WHen I was younger, people always spelled it correctly, now it seems its being shortened and cheapened!

Yep, Deborah here, too. My family calls me Debbie, friends Deb. I've never spelled it Debra, but a lot of people do.

hi guys... thought i'd share a couple of pics today. I've been a member of an online quilt group for about 4 years now, and we have members from all over the world. Today i received a gift from several members who worked together to make a quilt for Jacob and thought I'd share. It is too cute!! This is just slightly larger than a crib quilt to give you some perspective... Second picture is a gift from one of the members in England who knitted the tiniest little sweaters for him. They actually fit!! (They're too small for an AG Doll to give you reference

Aw, he is so adorable! I'm glad he is doing so well. The quilt is gorgeous, and those little sweaters are so sweet.

It's still really bad that he won -but, can I just say that they're insane? And since I thought I was going to vote for a Democrat earlier this year (I'm thinking that I won't be thinking that way anymore) I'm thankful that I never drank the kool-aid and saw who both Obama and the majority of his supporters are from the beginning.




Facts, facts, facts... since when do they matter? In regards to Palin, the OS only see red. They don't hear anything and they ignore all facts. All they see is a Conservative woman who is Christian and has the *gasp* audacity to be pro-life and believe that a baby should live and not be murdered. They can't stand that a woman is climbing the political ladder and is not one of them. It drives them insane!



You know it. That's how hypocritical they are. Palin doing something = bad ... Obama doing the exact same thing = good

It's that new math....yea, I know they are words, but since I am a Palin supporter and am the opposite of smart (lol btw) then I guess I can pretty much say and do whatever I want to right? How is that for logic. (I can laugh at my own bad jokes too...cause I = opposite of smart)

Sorry lol. But she really did have a good point.

I have to admit though that the "Pluck Pluck...creepy smile...pluck pluck...etc" comment had me rolling.

Ummmm.... yeah, they're amused by Palin. They don't hate Palin. I guess they've lied to themselves for so long they believe it.

I had a response typed out about how much time and effort they put into this woman, you know, the one that they don't hate?, three weeks after the election and if McCain had won there wouldn't be any discussions about Obama right now. None. But too many of them flipped-out at my other post and I couldn't stop laughing and wound up responding to something else instead.

Palin has them running scared. They're set to fight and destroy as far as she's concerned. But they really need to stop with this Palin obsession. It really isn’t good for their liberal soul to be that fascinated with a conservative.

I couldn't even finish reading this thread --- too many petty people posting in it. If it hasn't been brought up yet to answer the question: all of Palin's campaign wardrobe was returned to the RNC the first week after the election. Half of the clothing given to her by the RNC was never even worn. She didn't pick out the clothing - it was purchased and given to her by a stylist. All clothing worn by Palin in the turkey video was 100% hers.

And what’s the controversy of the turkey video again? A lot of governors and mayors pardon A turkey at Thanksgiving. It’s actually kind of common. Of course the rest are killed – there wouldn’t be anything to eat at Thanksgiving if they weren’t.

... oh, wait, just read another post. They've already been described as petty? Well, I do have a few more names that would accurately describe what's going on in this thread...

I'm beginning to think that all liberals are extremely jealous of Palin. I can't find any other explanation for this unfounded animosity towards the woman. And it started before she even opened her mouth to say "Hi. My name is Sarah Palin." That's how I know it's unfounded (that and she never did anything to deserve this type of hatred towards her)

I had to go back in to grab this post and I saw a prime example of them not listening to a word said. It's pathetic.

One OS was addressing me and in her address she was proving that she had selective hearing. I almost responded and then stopped. Why bother? Seriously. They don't listen. They like to think that they are all open-minded and reasonable... but they're not. They pick and chose what they want to listen to. You wind up arguing in circles with them. It's just a waste of time.
