Well, that's his BatDart. It does lots of stuff. Didn't you ever watch the old Batman with Adam West? It's completely campy and awesome.

It is 57 at 8:30 and was 70 this afternoon. Took the puppy out while DH and I sat in front of the house and watched all the energetic folks run and bike.

my house is in the central valley. it is true that the air quality here can be pretty bad, but i don't think it's really from fireplaces. more likely from the nasty controlled burns they do in the orchards. in san diego you get lots of clear air...makes sense that you can burn.

i just listen to the news in the morning to find out if it's a burn day, but there are a number of web sites where we can check. i go to the local news station online too if i've missed the morning news.

we don't live in a dangerous fire area, but i'll tell ya what, it is amazing where fires crop up. i find fire so frightening 'cause it is so difficult to control.
