Well, I am truly embarassed....
I called Connections as soon as the phone lines opened and they were VERY nice. I spoke to a great supervisor who went through all their records on my account and saw no double charges but offered to attach a service request on the account to make sure no double charges were made. This call made me feel alot better about the company.
SO, at 9:00am, I called the bank. Explained the problem and told them to check for any double charges. There was, from WEBCERTIFICATE! I added funds to my account so I would have the amount to order more tickets for my Mom, brother and his GF. They doubled charged BOTH! I had four charges for $204.00! The teller said she could remove two but I would be responsible if they did end up going through. I don't think it will since I never actually recieved the overcharged funds into my Webbie account.
So, I would just like to say a BIG sorry to Connections ( I will probably KEEP the membership). I think that all of the problems cited on these boards made me overly nervous about them and because something went wrong when I did, I automatically assumed it was them. Add me to the list of "no problems with Connections".
Also, I still love my debit card. The main lesson I learned- Don't order anything on the weekend when the bank is closed and you have to wait 48 hours to get problems resolved.
