Connecting rooms at CBR?

Has anyone every requested and received connecting rooms at CBR? I'm wondering how plentiful they are. I need to make two requests for room accommodations: One is connecting rooms and the other is to be next to the family we are traveling with. I would be ecstatic if we could have both!!

For our stay at CBR in Sept 2013 we requested and received connecting rooms. They first assigned us rooms in Barbados and at check in we asked if there was anything else, so they moved us to Jamaica and we still had connecting rooms.

We requested and had ground floor and connecting rooms in September 2014.

We requested connecting on our last trip and received them in Jamaica. We also requested ground floor and got that too.
